UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX AND THEY WILL NOT DELIVER ON SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.

International Shipping Policy and Terms:
Bootsetc.BootOutletStore.com currently will not ship International orders. If you would like to order something for international delivery, you can shop at www.boots-etc.com. Please check the policy before ordering.

Return/Exchange Policy
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item you have ordered you may do so as long as the following conditions are met:

The product must not show any evidence of wear and the original tags are attached
The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
The item must not contain cigarette or tobacco smoke

In an effort to deliver the best customer service available, returns or exchanges are required to have an authorization number in order to be processed. To acquire an authorization number, email us at boots@boots-etc.com concerning your transaction. Merchandise delivered to our store without this authorization number will be returned to the customer.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. Yet we recommend shipping back your package through a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that allows you to track your return.

10% Restocking fee
Allow 2-4 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. As soon as your exchange is received and processed you will receive an email confirmation

You may not return Internet purchases to our retail location. Currently, the only way we can accept Internet returns is to ship the merchandise back to the address listed below.
